Our tastings cost $250.00. Your tasting is allowed three entree selections, four sides, four appetizers and up to five guest. There is an additional $50.00 charge per additional guest. If we are chosen as your caterer, those charges will be credited towards your final invoice. Each tasting takes at least an hour. We like to do our tastings at your chosen venue. We will also feed up to three venue staffers at no additional cost. We do not book tasting on weekends. All tasting are booked by appointment and are prepaid.
