Every tasting is thoughtfully prepared to showcase the quality, presentation, and elevated dining experience our clients have come to expect.

• Please note that tasting services are exclusively available for event invoices total of $3,000 or more.

• For events with an invoice total between $3,000 and $6,000, a $250 tasting fee is required, which covers accommodations for up to four guests and a curated selection of two entrées, two hors d'oeuvres, and two side dishes. Upon formalizing your booking with 1867 Catering, this $250 fee will be applied as a credit toward your final invoice balance.

• For events with invoice totals between $6,000 and $10,000, tasting sessions are provided on a complimentary basis upon receipt of a 25% retainer.
